here are a few things you should know:
"Total Satisfaction Policy"
- You may return your new system up to 30 days from the date of invoice.
- You are responsible for shipping the system back to
Wolverine Data and for the costs associated with that shipment.
- It is important that you return all components that came with your order, and that it is in its original packaging.
- We will credit your account for the price of the system minus shipping and handling.
Easy Steps to Arrange for a System Return
- email us at Support@wolverinedata.com requesting an RMA#.
- Include in the Email product Model name/number.
- Or call Customer Care Representative at 949-251-9888 to resolve your issue.
The Customer Care Representative will issue you Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
- Repack system with all of its original packaging, and arrange to have it shipped back to
Wolverine Data (Note: Wolverine Data recommends that you insure your shipment).
Please, write the RMA number on the shipping box.
- Once your system has been received back to Wolverine
Data, you will receive credit on the full system price (excluding shipping & handling) on your next billing cycle.
